If you want to make a wireless system up using a cabled monitor and reversing camera then this wireless bridge can be used. It is connected via 4 pin aviation connectors with the receiver plugged into the monitor and the camera plugged into the transmitter. The camera is powered by the transmitter with a red and black wire to be connected to the reversing light positive and earth.
From the transmitter box there is a 70cm cable to a connector block. From this there is a 90cm fused power lead and a 90cm earth. There is also a 25cm lead to a 4 pin male connector for the camera. On the receiver the lead is approximately 40cm and goes to a 4 pin aviation female.
This wireless bridge will work with traditional CVBS camera systems using the PAL format. They do not work well with NTSC cameras. In this country we mainly use PAL cameras although we do stock some NTSC cameras. Before ordering it is wise to email us to check our existing stocks so we can double check. These are not compatible with AHD cameras. We do have stocks of a wireless bridge that is AHD compatible.
We do not recommend running 2 60M transmitters close to each other as it can decrease the range and we have met issues where there is interference between the channels if they share a power source. To use 2 cameras we suggest using a single transmitter and our ACC099 switching box which changes channels when reverse is selected.
