This website is operated by Reversing Cameras UK Ltd, registered in England under company number 07278598. Our registered office is at Spurling Cannon, 424 Margate Road, Ramsgate CT12 6SJ (please do not send post to this address).

By using this website, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.

  • We do not store any credit card details.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of goods or cancel orders where an incorrect price has been listed.
  • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • These terms apply to both business and non-business customers.

2. Goods, Pricing & Availability

  • We strive to keep product descriptions and images accurate and up to date.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but previously supplied quotes will be honoured if they are still valid.
  • Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer only after full payment has been received.
  • We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate. If an item is out of stock, we will offer a cancellation or backorder option.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

3. Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or courier. Customers can also visit our premises to view and purchase products.
  • We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:00 pm on the same working day, excluding weekends, public holidays, or exceptionally busy periods.
  • If an item is taken to a local Post Office or depot, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect it before it is returned to us. Uncollected orders can be re-sent at the customer’s expense or refunded minus postage costs.
  • We reserve the right to combine multiple orders going to the same address and refund any overpaid postage.
  • Customers must report any undelivered items within 14 days of dispatch.
  • In the case of lost parcels, we will initiate an investigation with the courier or Royal Mail. If deemed lost, a replacement order will be sent.
  • If a customer redirects a parcel to a different address, they assume responsibility for its delivery.

4. International Orders (Outside the UK)

  • Customers are responsible for any local customs duties, VAT, import fees, or courier administration charges. These costs are not the responsibility of the seller.
  • If unsure about potential charges, please contact us before purchasing for details of the shipping company we will use.

5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Customers may cancel and return an order within 60 days of receipt.

  • Business customers and freelancers are subject to standard statutory return provisions.

  • Returned goods must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Returns should be sent to:

    Reversing Cameras UK Ltd
Unit 98, The Oaks Ind Est
    Ramsgate, Kent, CT12 5FS, UK

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if a product has been modified.

  • If the original packaging is missing, we may deduct 10% from the refund to cover replacement packaging costs.

6. Faulty Goods

  • All items are tested before dispatch. If an issue arises, we will attempt to resolve it via email or phone guidance.
  • If a product is suspected faulty within 28 days of purchase, it must be returned for testing. If confirmed faulty, we will provide a replacement and refund return postage costs (using our approved service).
  • After 28 days, we will replace or repair faulty items. Repairs are only possible for minor faults (e.g., wiring issues), as we do not open sealed units.
  • If we suspect a fault is due to incorrect installation or misuse, we may refuse an exchange or return it to the manufacturer for testing.
  • All regular stock items come with a 24-month guarantee; clearance, end-of-line, and refurbished items have a 12-month warranty.
  • If a product fails after the warranty period, we may offer a discount on a replacement, or if it is the monitor we may be able to attempt a low cost repair (subject to component availability and complexity).
  • Customers concerned about removing a camera (which may leave holes in a vehicle) can request a warranty invoice replacement—a temporary charge that is refunded when the faulty item is returned.
  • Return postage for suspected faulty items is the customer’s responsibility.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for consequential loss, disappointment, or additional damage beyond the refund or replacement of faulty goods.
  • This does not affect statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Advice given verbally or in writing should be balanced against other sources. We recommend professional installation for all electrical work. Modern vehicle systems are complex, and improper installation can cause expensive damage.

8. Trade & Account Customers

  • Business customers can apply for a trade account with 30-day credit terms, subject to suitable references.
  • Late payments may incur interest at 8% plus the Bank of England base rate and any debt recovery costs.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts in arrears.
