Introduction to product
M706B AHD Mirror monitor with bracket and AHD twin lens camera. This is a very popular option with  motorhomes and vans. The monitor has a bracket to fit existing mounting plates and we have adaptors to match most vehicles. The camera is used as a always on rear view camera, switching to the down facing reversing camera when you go into reverse. The rear view camera uses a narrow angled lens so the view you see is a close match to that normally seen in a rear view mirror. This gives a better impression of distances compared to wider angled cameras. The downward facing camera uses a wider angle lens so you get the full view across the with of the vehicle plus a little extra either side. The AHD sensors in the camera give a better picture than the older CCD sensors. Daylight colours are more accurate and the night view improved. The reversing camera aided by the IR LEDs should give a clear view at night. The rear camera benefits being angled down to limit the amount of sky in the image. This will reduce the impact of the sun on days when it is behind you.
