This is a 600TVL version of the CAM104. Previously the CAM104 used a Sharp 600 TVL CCD sensor, but these are being discontinued. The new 600TVL sensor gives as good a picture as the Sharp CCD and is a little cheaper. We are still using the same factory to produce these and their reliability over time has been exceptional.
