This 5" colour monitor is ideal for use in cars or situations where you wish to remove the monitor from view. It has both a suction mount to put on the windscreen or a small bracket to glue to the dashboard. It uses RCA connectors for the camera and automatically comes on when it receives a video signal.
There are simple buttons on the rear of the screen to access the menu with brightness, contrast and saturation controls.
Two RCA Phono inputs, a DC socket for power, and a reverse trigger wire are present on the monitor wiring. There are no buttons to allow you to manually change channels on the display. If you have more than one channel, you will need to attach the trigger wire (linked to channel 2 - white colour input) to either a switch or reverse light supply.
The monitor uses a 640 x 480 pixel LCD panel, has 2 AV channels and the option to be mounted on the dash or on the windscreen using a suction mount. It is suitable for use with cameras uses RCA style connectors.
