This series of systems matches two of our standard CCD reversing cameras with our best 7 inch high resolution rear view monitor. It is a heavy duty system ideal for all vehicles and is designed for constant use. The high resolution screen gives a crisp clear image and our CCD reversing cameras produce good day and night images. It is a very simple system to wire in as it consists of just the cameras, a locking extension cable and the monitor. All the locking connectors are waterproof for increased reliability. The heavy duty U bracket ensures the monitor is stable no matter how bumpy the road. The monitor has advanced protection circuits to help protect the cameras and monitor from faults. With the capability of taking up to three cameras this is one of our top systems.
We do not list a wireless option for this kit, but with the addition of a wireless bridge one or both cameras can be made digital wireless.

Camera angles quoted are a calculated measurement based on the focal length of the lens and size of sensor. They are given as a diagonal measurement. When a camera displays on a monitor there is a certain amount of cropping to get the picture to fit. To overcome these issues we have measured the horizontal camera angle with the camera image displayed on a 7" high resolution screen. The angle given may be subject to change between batches so if it is critical then please ask us to double check. When comparing with other web sites please remember the camera angles are often exaggerated.
Our measured horizontal camera angle for the narrow angled lens is 35 degrees and 85 degrees for the wide angled lens.
On all of our reversing camera systems we have a wide variety of cable and power options. The information below shows you what each option means.
5m 7.5m 10m 12.5m 15m 20m
These are our standard 4 pin extension cables. These options allow you to select what length you need. They are listed in metres, to get the length in feet simply multiply by 3 to change. Having longer than you need will not affect the picture, any extra cable should be coiled loosely where it cannot get damaged.
10M 8mm link, 12.5M 8mm link, 15M 8mm link
These are our 12.5m or 15m cables with an 8mm link at the front of the cable - designed to disconnect to help running through any tight gaps, then reconnected at the end of the install once you are next to the monitor.
Lighter plug
A lighter plug is a useful aid to testing as system before you fit it. Some people will run their system off a lighter plug instead of hard wiring it in.
Bailey adaptor
We do an adaptor to fit the Waeco cables that are pre-installed in Bailey Motorhomes. It converts their cable into our standard 4 pin ones. We have single camera and dual camera versions.
Stand style bracket
This is useful on our HD series of monitors where a curved dash makes mounting the U-bracket difficult. It also makes it faster and easier to remove the monitor.
Easy wire fuse tap a.k.a "piggyback fuse holders"
These can be used to take power from the fuse board. The earth should be to a point where there is bare metal to the vehicle body. The cable is about 2M long and terminates in a 2.1mm/5.5mm power plug, which fits in to the corresponding socket on the monitor wiring. We stock these in different blade sizes, please select the type of fuse tap that is fitted to your fusebox.
