This matches the dual lens brake light camera for the Ford Custom (barn doors style) with out heavy duty colour monitor that mounts on the dash. The camera will good a clear colour image during the day and a black and white image at night. The driving lens is for always on use and has a narrower angle to give a better perception of distance. At night although there are no LEDs it will give a usable view as long as there is street lighting. We have two variations of this camera depending on the age of the vehicle. Early models use a bulb in the brake light and models after May 2015 LEDs. You can select the correct version using the drop down menu.
We have the option to add a stand style bracket. These are useful if you have a curved dash that the U-bracket will struggle to fit. It is easy to remove the monitor from the stand style bracket as you just need to loosen the locking knob. You can then disconnect the monitor and store it off the dash somewhere more secure.

On all of our reversing camera systems we have a wide variety of cable and power options. The information below shows you what each option means.
5m 7.5m 10m 12.5m 15m 20m
These are our standard 4 pin extension cables. These options allow you to select what length you need. They are listed in metres, to get the length in feet simply multiply by 3 to change. Having longer than you need will not affect the picture, any extra cable should be coiled loosely where it cannot get damaged.
10M 8mm link, 12.5M 8mm link, 15M 8mm link
These are our 12.5m or 15m cables with an 8mm link at the front of the cable - designed to disconnect to help running through any tight gaps, then reconnected at the end of the install once you are next to the monitor.
Lighter plug
A lighter plug is a useful aid to testing as system before you fit it. Some people will run their system off a lighter plug instead of hard wiring it in.
Bailey adaptor
We do an adaptor to fit the Waeco cables that are pre-installed in Bailey Motorhomes. It converts their cable into our standard 4 pin ones. We have single camera and dual camera versions.
Stand style bracket
This is useful on our HD series of monitors where a curved dash makes mounting the U-bracket difficult. It also makes it faster and easier to remove the monitor.
Easy wire fuse tap a.k.a "piggyback fuse holders"
These can be used to take power from the fuse board. The earth should be to a point where there is bare metal to the vehicle body. The cable is about 2M long and terminates in a 2.1mm/5.5mm power plug, which fits in to the corresponding socket on the monitor wiring. We stock these in different blade sizes, please select the type of fuse tap that is fitted to your fusebox.
