This camera is designed to clamp onto the tubular frame holding the wing mirror in place of some HGV vehicles. It uses the same 4 pin connector as on all our 12/24v vehicles. The camera operates at 12V which is normally supplied by the monitor. With infrared LEDs, 120 degree lens and a top quality CCD sensor it gives a good image in both the day and night.
The one photograph shows the field of view obtained by this camera. At a typical mounting height it will cover the full width and more of the vehicle. We find manufacturers quoted camera angles are always inaccurate which is why we show the camera in a real situation. In this case the 120 degree angle quoted is an exageration.
